Cancellation and return conditions for therapy, training and product services offered through TALKIDS (www.talkids.com.tr) are regulated as follows.

1. Therapy Sessions
- The client can request cancellation or change at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
- No refund will be made for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
- In case of cancellations due to the therapist, the client is entitled to a new session free of charge.

2. Training and Webinars
- The participant can request cancellation at least 24 hours before the training date.
- No refund will be made for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
- Trainings are recorded and made available only to the participants.

3. Physical Products
- The right of withdrawal period is 14 days from the delivery of the product.
- The product must be unused and its packaging unopened.
- The return shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
- The product price will be refunded via the payment method within 14 days after the return is approved.

4. Digital Products
- In digital products, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after the product is made accessible.
- A cancellation request can be made before the product is made accessible.

5. The return process must be communicated via info@talkids.com.tr.
- A refund will be made after checking the suitability of the returned product.
